My first engagement shoot was with Ashley & Nick just after Christmas. I really enjoyed it. I
chose Tyler State Park because they were familiar with how to get there (Ashley's parents used to
live right across from it), and I was familiar with scenic areas of the park because I go there all the
time for work. You may recognize this photo above because it is the same type of shot I got in the
fall with a man riding a horse for the newspaper. I sort of wanted to recreate that beauty with the
covered bridge and the silhouette of the couple.
